Return/Damaged Shipment Policy

Return Policy Terms and Conditions.

Please fully read our terms and conditions. Order cancellations: Once an order is placed, and is later cancelled, a 15% restock charge applies to cover our transaction costs. If you are not satisfied with a product within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the receipt of your purchase, we will gladly accept the product back for a store credit, exchange for other products, less the shipping and handling and 15% restock costs. An acceptable return is based on the item(s) not being used, or damaged. PLEASE OPEN ALL ORDERS IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, CONTACT US WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF RECEIVING IT TO ADVISE US OF THE DETAILS, AND IF POSSIBLE, EMAIL US PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE. If the item was damaged in transit, our shipping company will cover the cost, but it must be reported within 14 days. OUR SHIPPING COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW CLAIMS AFTER 14 DAYS, SO IF NO CLAIM IS MADE IN THIS TIME FRAME, WE ARE UNABLE TO RECOVER THE COSTS FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY, AND WILL BE UNABLE TO SEND YOU A FREE REPLACEMENT ITEM OR REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. Once your claim has been reported to us, we will make a claim with the shipper, after which you may be contacted by them to verify the damage. After they have verified the damage from you, the shipper will notify us, usually within a week, and we will send out the replacement. All items you purchase are insured for shipping. You are responsible for the shipping and handling, both outgoing and on returns. PRIOR TO RETURNING A PURCHASED ITEM, you must E-mail to arrange to get a Return Authorization. You must also include the receipt and packing slip. There are no exceptions to this. If you have not included a copy of the sales invoice and credit card receipt, we cannot process your return.
